We Accept Most Major Insurance Carriers

We participate in many major networks, including many Aetna plans, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, PHCS/Multiplan, and United Healthcare, as well as Georgia Medicaid and its Care Management Organizations (CMOs), Amerigroup, CareSource, and Peach State. This is not an exhaustive list, and notably, we are not in-network with Aetna Whole Health, Ambetter, CareSource Marketplace, and United Healthcare Exchange(Marketplace).

The most reliable way to know if we are in-network is to utilize your insurance's website/portal or mobile app, if they have one, or to call them. If you have already contacted your insurance company, but you still have questions regarding your specific insurance plan, you may call the office at (770) 704-0057 and we'll do our best to help you.

Please bring a copy of your insurance card with you to appointments, or at least have one accessible electronically at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for only the co-pay at the time of visit. If we are not a provider with your insurance company, if you are not insured, or we do not file with your insurance company, you may be responsible for the full self-pay rate of the visit at the time of service.
