Scheduling Appointments

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer all visits to be scheduled in advance. That said, we also work very hard to accommodate any and all walk-ins, but the best way to guarantee your child gets seen is to call our office at (770) 704-0057 to schedule your next appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, but you may need to be rescheduled with another provider. Depending on the situation, we may even need to reschedule your appointment for another day to be courteous to our other patients.

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may be the ones who run late. We will do our best to keep you informed if we fall behind schedule so that you may have the option of rescheduling your appointment or seeing another provider, if available.

  • Well Appointments

Did you know regular well-child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well-child visits, a.k.a. well-child checks or check-ups, also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.

Our routine well-child visits schedule follows the guidelines of the 'periodicity schedule' put forth by the American Academy of Pediatrics and their Bright Futures initiative.

We recommend that you call our office at least 3 months, up to 12 months, in advance to schedule your child's check-up with the provider of your choice on the date that best fits your needs.

  • Sick Appointments

We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children on the day that you call us. Please call our office before 3:00 PM and we'll do our best to get your child in for a same-day sick visit.

If you think your child may be having a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately and/or refer you to an appropriate facility.

  • Walk-Ins

Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible.
