At DV Pediatrics, we typically schedule your baby's first well-child visit within 2–3 days of hospital discharge, then continue with regular checkups at recommended intervals as your baby grows.

• Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records
• Available insurance information (often just the parent's insurance at this stage)
• Diapers and an extra set of clothes
• Completed new patient forms, filled out ahead of time to streamline your visit
